1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to BetOnShe, a free-to-play entertainment platform dedicated to celebrating women's sports. By accessing or using BetOnShe (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

BetOnShe is an entertainment-only platform. We do not offer gambling, wagering, or any form of real-money gaming. All activity on this Platform is purely for fun and entertainment. No money is required to participate, and no money can be won. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and BetOnShe LLC ("BetOnShe," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing any content, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To use BetOnShe, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend or terminate their account.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not Previously Banned: You must not have been previously suspended or removed from BetOnShe for violating these Terms.
• Entertainment Purposes Only: You acknowledge that BetOnShe is an entertainment product only and that you are not accessing the Platform for any commercial or gambling-related purpose.

BetOnShe is available to users worldwide except where prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Virtual Currency & Coins

BetOnShe uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") to enable users to participate in free-to-play prediction games, leaderboards, and other entertainment features. The following terms govern the use of Coins:

• No Cash Value: Coins have absolutely no cash value. They are not money, they are not a financial instrument, and they are not a substitute for real currency of any kind. Coins exist solely as a feature of the BetOnShe entertainment experience.
• Not Redeemable: Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money, prizes, goods, services, or anything of monetary value — under any circumstances, at any time, by any means. There is no mechanism on this Platform to convert Coins into anything of real-world value.
• Non-Transferable: Coins are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or shared with other users or third parties. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or trade Coins outside of the Platform's intended functionality is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Expiration: Coins may expire if your account remains inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more. BetOnShe will make reasonable efforts to notify you before expiration, but is not obligated to do so. Expired Coins are forfeited without compensation.
• No Purchase Required: You are never required to purchase Coins or pay any fee to use BetOnShe. The Platform is entirely free to use.
• Modification: BetOnShe reserves the right to modify the Coin system, including how Coins are earned, their quantities, and any features associated with them, at any time and without notice.
• Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, all accumulated Coins are forfeited. Because Coins have no cash value, no compensation will be provided.

By participating in any feature that awards or uses Coins, you acknowledge and agree that you have received no consideration of monetary value and that BetOnShe owes you no monetary obligation in connection with Coins.

4. Permitted Use

BetOnShe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may:

• Create an account and maintain a personal profile.
• Participate in free-to-play prediction games and contests.
• Engage with community features such as leaderboards and forums.
• Access editorial content, statistics, and sports coverage related to women's sports.
• Share content from the Platform on social media in accordance with our sharing tools and guidelines.

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content without our express written permission.
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, overburden, impair, or disrupt our servers or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any related systems.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of BetOnShe, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.
• One Account Per Person: Maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to circumvent restrictions, gain extra Coins, or manipulate leaderboards — is strictly prohibited.
• Protect Your Credentials: Keep your password and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@betonsh.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• No Account Sharing: Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

BetOnShe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To protect all users and the integrity of the Platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Cheating & Manipulation: Using any method, tool, or strategy to artificially inflate your Coin balance, manipulate contest outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other users.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any non-human means to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform or its features.
• Bug Exploitation: Knowingly exploiting any error, glitch, or unintended functionality in the Platform. If you discover a bug, you are encouraged to report it to support@betonsh.com.
• Harassment & Abuse: Harassing, threatening, bullying, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users, athletes, or BetOnShe staff.
• Fraudulent Activity: Impersonating any person or entity, including BetOnShe staff, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
• Unlawful Use: Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Spam & Solicitation: Sending unsolicited communications, advertising, or promotional materials to other users through the Platform.
• Data Scraping: Collecting, scraping, or harvesting any data from the Platform without our express written consent.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all Coins (which have no cash value), and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the BetOnShe Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of BetOnShe LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

The BetOnShe name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BetOnShe LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit or post to the Platform ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant BetOnShe a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

8. Disclaimers

Entertainment Only: BetOnShe is provided solely for entertainment purposes. All prediction games, simulated odds, pick contests, and related features are fictional simulations intended for fun. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, gambling, wagering, or any regulated activity.

Simulated Odds: Any odds, lines, or probabilities displayed on the Platform are simulated and for entertainment use only. They do not reflect real sportsbook lines, and BetOnShe makes no representation that simulated odds are accurate, current, or indicative of real-world sports outcomes.

"As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BetOnShe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Sports Information: Sports scores, statistics, and other information provided on the Platform are for entertainment and informational purposes only. BetOnShe does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any sports data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetOnShe LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Because Coins and all virtual items on BetOnShe have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes, BetOnShe will not be liable for any loss of virtual currency, including as a result of account termination, technical errors, or expiration.

In no event shall BetOnShe's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to BetOnShe in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, given that BetOnShe is a free platform, would be $0) or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, BetOnShe's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

BetOnShe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
• Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account.
• Displaying a notice within the Platform the next time you log in.

Your continued use of BetOnShe after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@betonsh.com.
